What began as a design project became personal. We cleared trees, repaired years of wear, and reimagined every room to invite light and lake views. Built for slow mornings and paddleboard sunsets, The Modern Minnow felt too special to keep. Come stay, breathe deeper, and make your own lakeside memories.
Scenic Retreat
Purchased as a pandemic refuge, the lakehouse became an escape and retirement haven for an architect couple. We enclosed the patio into a living room, added a covered porch, upgraded the kitchen with a butler’s pantry, reconfigured the primary suite, introduced a showstopping bar, and layered moody, organic, timeless finishes.
