WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT OUR

Payment Schedule

The payment schedule below is how we handle all project billing. For clients who are using us for both design and construction projects, we will begin with your design portion as one bill and your construction portion will begin thereafter.

Example: design total billed at 40/40/20+
construction total billed at 40/40/20
= project total

INITIAL DEPOSIT

When you sign your Letter of Agreement you will receive a Schedule of Payments. At that time and prior to commencing work we require a 40% deposit. Once that deposit has been received we are officially ready to begin.

PAYMENT #2

At the end of Phase 1, as outlined in your Scope of Work, a 2nd payment of 40% is required. You will be given 7 days notice prior to the payment due date. You can also plan for this by referring to your Schedule of Payments. All payments are due within 48 hours of the due date.

PAYMENT #3

At the end of Phase 2, as outlined in your Scope of Work document, a final payment of 20% is required. This payment shall be paid prior to the final walk through of your property. Please refer to your Schedule of Payments for exact dates. A notice will be sent 7 days before the due date as a reminder to you.
